"very helpful host in arranging laundry and transportation, albeit slightly more expensive, but paying for the convenience. gave recommendations for local food and tailor as well. room was very clean. had some issue with hot water initially but responsive in resolving it quickly. bikes looked to be in old condition, and we felt like we were discouraged from using them."

"Service was amazing, it is a beautiful property and landscaping. The pool was warm and had great lounge chairs beside it. Everything was very clean. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very beautiful. Great amenities were in the room, including air-conditioning, a nice big countertop to put your stuff, a refrigerator, coffee, and tea station, and rain, shower head plus all the toiletries you need. The breakfast was wonderful with very unique and tasty...

"Top!!! struttura accogliente e molto pulita. Menzione particolare per la proprietaria: Sempre disponibile, risolve ogni vostra richiesta, partendo dai tour agli spostamenti minimi ed a quelli più articolati, di una gentilezza disarmante. Posizione perfetta, ubicato in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti di cammino. Assolutamente consigliato!!! "

"This Homestay is ideally located on Can Nam island, only a short walk from the old town. My room was large, clean and bright. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"Room is pretty run down. Foul smell in the bathroom, room has strong musky smell. Hand wash, bath gel and shampoo smelt really bad. Do not understand how they didn’t realise it. Breakfast was basic with lots of variety of fruits. Only went once out of 3 mornings. Positive : Location is good, right infront of the night market and many good restaurants nearby (5-10 mins walk). Receptionist, Anh was helpful is giving us information re Hoi An "

"Great property in an unbelievable location. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order, a stark contrast to some poor hotel buffets in Vietnam. The management are very friendly and the pool is great and peaceful. I am generally a relatively critical reviewer but I struggle to find things wrong with this hotel, especially for the price. "

"Everything was good, the hotel is clean, and has everything you need. The hotel is in the central of Hoi An which makes everything accessible by foot. The host was very nice and helpful throughout our stay, she would always be reachable for any question or petition we had."
