"There were dead bugs on the floor in the room. The shower door would not dyay closed so water gets all over the bathroom floor. We reported both to the fro t desk acted like it was the first they knew of the showe, but pretty sure it has been that way for awhile. Price if a soft drink is $4.00 I can understand some markup, but that is crazy."

"Beautiful room on the 27th floor. Pillows were nice and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning wasn’t great so I’m not sure how that would be in the summer. Complimentary waters & coffee maker in the room with Starbucks coffee packs was a nice surprise. Indoor pool & very well equipped gym on the 32nd floor with incredible views! Close to everything downtown but near the interstate for easy access in and out. Irish pub in the lobby had great drinks and food! Elevators were a little confusing between which ones went where. Parking garage was validated and convenient. "

"I loved this place! It was clean, great location and amenities. My family and I felt so relaxed and comfortable. The room was luxurious and we had a fun time at the pool. The staff was very friendly and I loved that they had a restaurant next door if we got hungry during the stay. 10/10 would come back here again"
