"The property was beautiful. The location perfect. Our only issue was our air conditioning did not work. Paris was experiencing unusually warm weather (100 degrees) so it was needed. After repair failed we did get a different room. The staff was very helpful and attentive throughout."

"The Expedia description of where the airport shuttle pick-up location is different than what the hotel thankfully emailed us. The AC stopped working unfortunately during the heatwave but the hotel fortunately gave us a fan. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful."

"The staff was amazing. We arrived right before PSG won the Champions League, and the roads were closed. They met us 3 blocks away and carried our luggage to the hotel. That was just the beginning, we had a wonderful stay. Location is perfect and everything was lovely."
