"Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.
Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, and everything was well explained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation.
The only downsides were that there were no toiletries provided, such as shower gel or shampoo, and there was no luggage storage service available. Other than these minor issues, the experience was positive."

"The apartment was clean, however, very small and certainly wouldn't be comfortable if filled to it's 7 people capacity. There were two bedrooms with doubles and then very small single beds in the corners. Only one bathroom which is not sufficient for the 5 people during our stay. The small kitchen had a tiny round table with only 4 chairs, no lounge room or couch. Would not recommend if you have more than 4 staying. Nowhere to sit and relax together."

"Such a great quiet place. Near lots of good restaurants and super quick walk to Navigli. Only thing that got us super confused was the instructions for the lock. While we could easily unlock using the phon via the provide link, locking the door was very confusing and not possible with the provided key (which only worked for the front door of the building). Also took us a while to find the apartment becuase the instructions said there was an "Altido" sign at the door, when there wasn't.

"Minha estadia foi razoável, ponto alto é a localização, pois fica perto da estação de metrô e fica próximo à Duomo (20 minutos a pé). Ponto negativo box do banheiro vaza água no chão, pia estava quebrada e limpeza fraca. Pelo preço, vale o custo benefício. "

"The host gave very thorough instructions about the place, the bed was comfortable and the apartment looks as in the pictures.
The bathroom is however not in good condition, there's mold in the shower, rust on the mirrors, the toilet seat cover was broken and the drain in the shower was draining very slowly as if it was party clogged."
