"First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. "Nicely update room. We stayed in the 1 king bed suite, had a double balcony on the top floor. Great beach views, good amenities, easy access to the beach and other restaurants in the area. They are building a new pool/bar/restaurant and that didnt even bother us, nice they are upgrading on the beach."

Clraning staff left bags of garbage and old linen from orevious guest in the hall right outside our door for over 24 hours, we had to love it because the wind was blowing and bags were very loud.Trash in the pull out couch. "We had a girls trip in the penthouse and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was extremely nice and responsive. The beach staff was very helpful. The nightly happy hour had local craft beers and wines. We had a great time. The resort is older but we were very comfortable."

"Ok there is a lot this resort does right but can improve on some things. The activities for the kids are endless! Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!! "This is a quiet property "

"I had a double bed room, not much space honestly, but it was cost and clean. Individual AC wall units, not central air and they were quite loud. 2 kinda small pools but the access to the beach was excellent. Beautiful beach. "
