"From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Nichola, who I believe is the owner, was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. "What a great find. Cave Castle is a lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. I contacted the hotel a few days before with some requests regarding my wife as she has mobility issues. One was for the room to be on the ground floor or close to the lift and the other was for extra pillows as my wife has to sleep upright.
When we arrived the staff on reception pulled out our check0in notes and informed us that everything was set up as per our request.
