"The cottage is beautiful and fully equipped with everything a family might need, from kitchen utensils to pool accessories. It offers stunning views, a close beach and even comes with a lovely welcome package. I would highly recommend this place anytime!"

Back entrance has a dangerous portion of a fence blocking stairs that you need to move to get to the backyard. The property was older and has evidence of leaks and mold, and after feeding my kids dinner, we found cockroach poop in the kitchen in the utensil drawer and on the counter. "This is a beautiful location with a very peaceful scene off the back porch and dock. I found the property to be well appointed and in good working order. We enjoyed the stay very much. Don’t sleep with the windows open if you don’t like the sounds of marsh field nature and a nearby commuter rail line which runs frequently. "One bathroom was updated, only 3 of the bedrooms had a/c. Sunken living room and 1st floor br had ants and bugs crawling around. All the prongs I saw (other than the bathroom) were 2 prong outlets, no light switches in bedrooms. The whole house smelled like mold and mildew. I had to get 2 air purifiers due to smell. We left 2 days early. Just wasn’t enjoyable. Good news - great private property and very close to beach. Owner did respond quickly to initial queries."
