"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"Property was clean and well laid out. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the river and the city. Front desk staff, especially the later night crew was extremely helpful. Nice restaurant choices. So convenient to Mass General Hospital which made it easier for my family. The only thing lacking is a proper business center…. Like in its own room with desks and places to sit."

"We enjoyed how central this hotel was to all that you may need in the Boston area as a traveler. We easily took the train from the airport and didn't even need to go outside to check into the hotel. The only downside of our stay was that we woke up one morning with a bug crawling on one of the pillows. We approached the staff at the front desk about this and were immediately dismissed, being told "At least it's not a bedbug". As a Bonvoy member, I would have expected more out of the staff to at...

"The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, and housekeeping was very responsive. Breakfast can be provided in room or in the lobby, so please be aware that there is no common dining area. The quality and quantity of food was great-- well worth it! Would absolutely stay here again."

"Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour."

"Hotel location is main benefit. Six minute walk to Boston Common and Subway. Plenty of places around to eat. Recommend Tatte bakery and Mike ‘n Pattys for breakfast. The rooftop area and bar was not open for our visit so don’t base your visit on that. It’s sounds it’s closed a lot especially if it rains. There’s technically small balcony you can go out to , but very little and has A/C equipment and not really useful. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were not as comfortable as expected...
