"Clean room, staff"

"This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment. The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. "We loved the Aloft Seaport!! It's near everything, rooms are clean - we had a great view of the skyline! We had a blast Saturday night in the lobby bar - Karaoke!! Front desk staff, housekeeping and bartenders were very friendly. Good value for money! "

"Yes, the breakfast was good and it was free to park. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the sheets were dirty. When I got there in the bathroom Matt was dirty. Other than that. It was nice."

"Room service was good from the hotel restaurant. We did not visit the bar or restaurant in person but turn down service was accommodating for extra coffee for our mornings before we headed out on the town. Room was beautiful and loved the balcony view. Had to ask for refrigerator for medicine, but they got one for the second day. No microwave in room."
