"This is advertised as a “resort” but is really a hotel. Beach is a walk, you have to pay for wristbands to use their sister properties, “all inclusive” doesn’t even include coffee, there’s 1 bar which closes at 10 pm in the lobby. The “4” restaurants are not open nightly, they rotate and you have to make reservations in advanced they don’t take walk ins even if not busy. We ended up eating off the resort half the time. "Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . "They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!"
