"Staff is nice enough but the property and rooms need some help. All of the linens (bed sheets, towels, etc) were stained all over, the refrigerator was broken, and floorboards were missing in several spots in my room."

I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area. There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay."

"Cute inn next to the river with campfire and BBQ pits for guests to use. Great location for access to Sierra-at-Tahoe. The only downside is the noise from upstairs if you happen to get a room on the first floor."

Cons were when we were in the office, and could not get back to our car because the two customer entry gates did not work with the card key and the front desk attendant could not explain that we had to walk through the main gate where the cars come in. "

"The room was nice but only had a space heater so it was pretty cold with snow still on thr ground...had a wall unit for a/c took about 15 20 mins for hot water in the shower an the floor was all tile so twice as cold ... had to buy some towels an a blanket . would i stay there again probably not , had some people fighting at like 1 am so that woke me up too, parking lot pretty small an no assigned parking had to park pretty far away from my room couldn't keep an eye on my car but it was alright "

"I have now stayed at the Echo Lodge in West Sacramento 4 times in the last 2 months and have stayed in 3 different rooms. It has quickly become my favorite affordable motel in the Sacramento area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, everything works, and it is surprisingly quiet. Today when I walked into the office, she not only recognized me, she had already pulled up my reservation in the computer. She welcomed me back and handed me my key. I can't recall anything like that ever...

"Hi, room was clean and tidy. The iron stand in bathroom should be stored outside in the clothing zone; with the hanger rail at least matching a 6-feet hight coat. The widened zone totally asked for walk-in curtained zone with clothing closet area and ironing zone as changing clothing and getting ready zone with a vanity mirror. However, the cost might curtailed some of these much wanted zones for room renters for conference attendance or wedding reception attendance. Beautify-hopeful wanting...
