The room is spacious and clean. .We appreciate the welcome gift ( two bottles of water and two snacks). The bathroom shower needs the light over the tub due to unfinished remodeling. The toilet needs to replace. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back if we are around the area.

I've been coming to Westhaven Inn for close to 20 years, to visit family in Pollock Pines. I've always enjoyed staying here in the past because of the friendly staff, cleanliness, etc. Now under new ownership and management, the place is being completely renovated and updated to a new level of loveliness. And I'm glad to see that the tradition of friendly, helpful staff continues and far exceeds expectations. Thanks for the lovely stay. I'll see you all next time :-)

We stayed here on Dec 31. We were looking for a quiet place we could take our dog, as he gets so terribly worked up from the fireworks near our house. This place turned out great. Check-in was super easy, and the young man at the desk was friendly and efficient. He even gave us a little goodie bag with water and granola bars - A really nice touch. The room was spacious, super clean with good lighting and adequate plugs and USB ports in convenient places. The place looked newly renovated. The king bed was comfy and the room had a couch too. I loved the 2 sinks in the bathroom area. Best of all, it was quiet and my dog was calm and happy. Even though breakfast is not offered, there is a restaurant within walking distance, and others just a short drive away. I think we have found our regular New Year's Eve spot.
