The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. Only negative would be check in took a bit longer than we would’ve...
