First, the television remote had intermittent functionality, particularly with the power button, making it difficult to operate the TV reliably. Second, the television did not offer access to CNN, which I consider a basic amenity—especially given the rate we were paying. These shortcomings were disappointing and fell below the expected standard for accommodations at this price point."
