"Rooms are showing wear and tear...paint nicks. Also first room was so musty smelling we requested to be moved. Second room was better but still needed some TLC on paint as well as entry door to hallway for our room entry. Some of front desk staff was helpful, however young woman who checked us in was not."

"I spent several days here with my 21 year old daughter. We enjoyed drinks and lunch by the pool and enjoyed the live music on the beach at night. The property is at a perfect location on the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. The trolley stops just steps from the parking lot. The room was less than wonderful though. The walls are very thin, so you hear voices from both the hall and the adjacent rooms. The windows do not open and there was no bathroom fan so the room was humid and...

"The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy."
