Fri and Sat night music from the bar across the street was VERY loud but stopped at midnight—bring your earplugs and a vacation attitude and you’ll live being in the thick of it in lively Playa del Carmen, one block from beautiful Playa Mamitas beach, and in easy reach of everything you need. Bonus—Trattoria del Centro is just up the street and has the best Italian food and atmosphere in town!"

Special thanks to Ana, Alejandra, Santiago, Noe, the manager, the chef, the pool bar staff and so many others for making my birthday feel special. "This resort was phenomenal! So clean, staff was so attentive, and friendly. I have to mention the restaurants and the food. Even though you go to a 4-5 start resort, the food can sometimes be a hit or miss but this resort, the food was outstanding! They were so consistent, not one restaurant I could say that wasn't good. The pools were great, beautiful view overlooking the ocean, and the service poolside was on point. Thank you for a great experience! "
