"We loved the room. Everything was exceptionally clean, there was a water cooler, oven, etc. for anything needed. The A/C worked wonderfully and the hot tub on the top of the property wasn't actually too hot."

"What a lovely stay! My boyfriend and I did the apartment, and it was extremely convenient to do laundry every day! They provided detergent and other necessities. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. My only gripe was that we upgraded from the bungalow, which while beautiful, had bugs but that was expected from the style of housing. Great place! Would stay again!"

"It was an awesome experience for my husband and me. We really enjoy the hotel. Is well located. Food is great. The personal is great all gentle. The only thing is that they close early the bar which for being an just adults hotel you spect they close later and have more fun during the night time. But other tan that is fine. Other thing to have in consideration is that the beach access is small but it’s close to quinta avenida so you can go to a bigger beach access. We recommend it. "

"The location is great to access the local eateries and attractions. Parking is provided on site of which is very nice. Amenities are modern and excellent for us to prepare our breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 3 discos are just around the corner but we don’t have too much noise issue. "

"We really enjoyed the property. Its is well maintained and located within am easy walk to restaurants and shipping. We had no issues parking our large SUV on the street with metered parking. We recommend using the parking app. Breakfast delivered to our room and was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely stay again. Sadly, the sea was black and full of sargazo but that didn't affect our visit and is of no fault of hotel. Pool was lovely. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and even called me by name, which made the experience feel very personal. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach on one side and Fifth Avenue on the other. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Had the best time at The Reef 28. My partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere and good vibes. Rooftop was live and amazing. Rooms were cozy and clean. The food delicious and drinks were on point. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Located blocks away from beach and entertainment strip, its definitely worth the visit. "
