Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman.
The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed.
The views are breathtaking.

This is a great little sanctuary nestled just off the main road as you head into town from Kandy.
Clear directions provided prior to arrival, quick check-in and warm welcome provided. The 2 story villa is cosy and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided including coffee machine, microwave, fridge, usb speaker, sofa, dining table, crockery and cutlery.
The bathroom has a wow factor and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed as a family of 4 and definitely big enough for us.
Last of all, what a spread for the breakfast delivered in the morning (photo provided)! Highly recommend Luxe Wilderness. 🙌

"we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this."

I appreciate white walls are hard to keep clean but the walls were very dirty with a large amount of mould, as shown in the photos. We were looking forward to this hotel due to the reviews and the photos but we were unfortunately very disappointed. On a positive note, the one staff member in the hotel was very accommodating and very kind."
