"What a fantastic experience it was staying here.
Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman.
The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed.
The views are breathtaking.
They also cooked dinner for us one night - which was superb.

"We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. "

"We booked 2 rooms and stayed only one night at this hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we stepped into the property. They served us coffee whilst waiting for check in. "Clean room with hot water. Lovely receptionist who welcomed us on arrival and helped us with booking a taxi to Kandy. Only slight negative was it was slightly noisy in the mornings with staff members walking the corridors chatting and prepping breakfast. All in all really lovely place in a great location. "
