"This hotel is located 150m to a train stop which is 1 stop away from the main train terminal station which allowed us to navigate the city and visit the historical sites easily. The hotel and our pleasantly cooled AC equipped, quiet room was very clean with many included essentials, excellent in room coffee and a comfortable bed. Most of them had worked at high end 5 star places before choosing towork here, and you can tell by the level of service and care. "Hotel was perfect for our 4 days in Rome. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, everything was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful with clear communication starting prior to check-in. Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at the time we were there but if it is busy you may be able to hear a bit of noise in the hallway or the room next door. All around great experience. Thank you Velia Relais staff!"
