Hotel murah di Phuc Yen

"全般的にとても良い。トイレがウォシュレットなら尚よかった。"

"I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia."

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

"Everything was great"

"Beautiful boutique hotel in Old Quarter, Hanoi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist William is very friendly polite. The location of hotel is very convenient where you can walk around Old Quarters without problems "

"Soso-kevitra lehibe ary tena mandray. Mandehana maka scooter ary jereo ny tanàna manontolo sy ny any ivelany. Mifalia ary ankafizo ny fijanonanao"

"Best Breakfast.. and good clean Room"

"A beautiful brand new hotel on the border of the French and Old quarters. The staff were amazing, the hotel was beautiful, the location was great (very walkable) and the breakfast set us up well for the day!"

"Absolutely terrible. The front desk staffs are not help at all. They are there to check people in and check out, that's it. NOTHING, and I mean nothing in this hotel came with the room. Not even the toothbrush, shower cap etc. You have to pay for everything. The only complementary stuff was two bottles of water. I have had better service and way better amenities from a 3-star hotel. The room is dated. Felt like I moved into a 1957's hotel room. The hallways were smelly from the humidity. And...

"Everything was good but the wifi was terrible. They short staff usually I guess. The receptionist kinda not really friendly. But, everything was fine not really bad. If you want to enjoy this also a good choice."

"部屋も快適でフロントスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれるのでリピートしてます。"
