"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. "The Sweet room we stayed in was excellent! Very spacious with two bedrooms and emperor space in the living room and dining area. Breakfast buffet was also great with good international selections, including Vietnamese favorites. The best of all was the hospitality of the staffs. I would highly recommend it for a family trip."

"When we needed a place to rest, with a 17 hour stop over and 2 kids, Family Transit Hotel were there. We think its a husband and wife team that run the hotel, and they both ensured our short stay in Hanoi was lovely and effortless. We were collected from the airport quickly for 100,000 Vietnamese Dong (about £3) 1/3 of what the taxi's wanted to charge, and quickly shown to our large and clean room, with an early check in, for a small extra charge. "The place is perfect because it's near night market but the only downside is that when the night market starts, the roads are closed and you cannot grab car from the hotel and have to walk a really short distance to the main road, but it's not a deal breaker. We got the family room, very spacious and so clean, the bathroom is spacious as well. Good choice for a family."
