Amazing: room cleanliness, location, staff, breakfast. There are a lot of choices for places to stay in the old quarter - this one was just right for us. We stayed in the family room. The staff were lovely, all very helpful and provided great recommendations, luggage storage, and arranged rides for us.

The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast included made to order eggs and pancakes which my children enjoyed. They exchanged money for us at the front desk, allowed us to store our luggage and check in early (for fee of 500,000 dong). They offer travel assistance (can make bookings for you) and recommendations. The hair dryer in our room wasn’t working. The staff offered their own person hair dryer to me and the next morning delivered a hair dryer that they purchased. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Felt like home

The staff at Hanoi Liliane couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. It felt like home to me. The room had everything I needed and it was lovely and quiet. A great location for all the main tourist attractions.

Nothing spectacular about the stay... room is very small but adequate, although for two people out would be cramped. Breakfast is small but very good, with an excellent selection of fresh fruit... noise echos in the halls and with thin walls it can be noisy
