location is good. wash towels and bath towels are not as clean as usual. its used too long. becoming grey color. the other will be okay. service is nice. i stayed 2 nights.

Clean decent sized rooms. Shower was best I’ve had in Asia. Breakfast was okay, nice that they do eggs to order. One thing is that the rooms let a lot of sound in so when people are leaving early morning you are likely to be woken up, also staff knock on door around 9 to clean.
Air con was brilliant in our room and easy to work.
Would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Opened the door whenever i came in or left. The room was clean. The bathroom was what i expected. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak for me, but i didn't expect it to be like at home. The water got hot. The breakfast buffet will not be a western meal. When in a foreign country eat like the locals. There were fried eggs and french toast or pancakes depending on the day. But its mostly rice and noodles. As long as you are not comparing to nyc or london it is a great hotel.

To turn off the lights and the air conditioning at night, you have to get up or need an arm that is about 1,50 m long.
There is a lack of personal in the restaurant, which means that you have to wait for cups, plates and also food.

Nice hotel near city centre
The hotel was good and nice..i was in hotel for 1night. Hotel infrastructure is good.nice rooms with great washrooms. Food is pathetic,i ordered chicken rice and found hairs in it also in morning during buffet breakfast thete was a hairs all over in pancakes.
They asked me earlier if i like to get my room with flower decoration and initialy they said that it is free of cost but at the time of check out they charged me usd10.
Hotel need to upgrade professionaly.

Good for the price.
The brakefast is ok, clean, good shower, the only problem is the air conditioner takes a while to reach a desired temperature and is controled from the reception.

This hotel has a hot water problem. We have reported the water problem right after checked in (3 pm), but until 11 pm they didn't do much on the water. Our family had to move out around 11 pm to another hotel.

The staff was very helpful. There was an error in the booking but they were so kind and overlooked the error and allowed me to stay. I am very thankful . Their business is a business with a heart. Clean and quite and close to many of the attractions.

I was there two times and will go again. The hotel is in very good location. Hotel is very clean. They have very good brekfast. The staf very friendly snd helpful. I can strongly recomend this plase to my friends.
It was great in our first stay and we got an upgrade to a deluxe double, therefore we decided to book another night on our way back. We didn't get upgrade this time but everything was as great. We actually think the standard room was better than the deluxe. One setback was the buffet breakfast on our first stay, we had our bf at 7am and the food was cold already. Even the coffee was cold after adding milk. We have yet to test the bf the second time, hopefully it won't disappoint us this time.
The location was ideal for us. It was located right in the city, but away from the more expensive touristy stuff. A half mile walk gets you where you want to be.
Friendly Staff very helpful . Reliable Tuk Tuk drivers outside Hotel. Convenience store near by that gives you correct change in a mix of $US and local currency .
Nice clean hotel. Comfortable. quiet. Walking distance to main street. Staff was friendly, helpful. Included buffet Breaky and it was just ok. That is the only issue.

예전 숙박 경험이 있어서 하루 묵었습니다.
현지 경찰이 묶고 있어서, 체크인할때 여권을 맡기라고 하더군요... 황당했습닏다. 하지만 어쩔수없이 맡겼어요~ 특히 예전에 이용했던 경험이 있어서 또 방문했습니다. 호텔로 바로 가는 것보다는 훨씬 저렴하게 예약했습니다만 호텔스앱이 원화결제로 되어있어 수수료를 이중으로 물게 생겼네요~! 그냥 한국의 3~5만원짜리 모텔 같아요~ 물 2병을 서비스로주는 것과 11층 뷔페 식당을 무료료 이용할 수있지만 퀄리티는 그다지 높지 않고, 배려없는 숙박자들 때문에 그냥 그랬습니다.
