My room size was Okay. But one of the walls had molds all over. They had to cover it up with plastic sheeting. Also the bathroom curtain had molds. The front desk was unhelpful. Not so good experience with this hotel.

Difficult parking and not accurate information
The people from the reception don't speak too much English and we're not very happy when we told them that we need to park our rental car, even though we told them a couple of times before our arrival. On the website it says that there is a parking available and this is the main reason why we book this hotel, however, the parking isn't in the premises. You have to drive 2-3 blocks away, which is extremely stresfull if you're driving in Taipei. The elevator of the parking is extremely tight and it's extremely difficult to park the car if you don't have a copilot supporting you. The room wasn't very clear. The only thing we like about the hotel was the location and that they have a storage room for your bags.

We stayed for four days here. Perfect location for all amenities. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but the area for dining was very small.
