From an airport pick up to suggesting places to eat and visit and also making sure our stay was great by keeping the room and surround shared areas cleaned to perfection. "This is the best place that I ever stayed in during my trip to Italy I changed four hotel in different city in Italy. That was my best place that issued in . The staff is so friendly professional. Majestic Palace Hotel

"Beautiful property inside and out! Attentive and most helpful staff. Gorgeous gardens and views, especially on the rooftop for drinks. Convenient to Sorrento for shopping, site seeing and dining. "

"Comfortable, clean, well decorated hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who spoke good english. Bed was large and comfortable. Towels good and regularly replenished. Robes and slippers provided. A huge choice of tasty breakfast options with some made to order items. Well located on one of the main roads, a short walk from the main square, and even closer to the train station. My room was on the 2nd floor on the road side, so there was some occasional traffic noise but this didn't disturb me. Pool area was quite small but well kept, with comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs. Sun moved around in early October so not always in the sun. Water was said to be very cold. Also a garden area above. We very much enjoyed our stay"
