"We stayed here 2 nights. We opted to be picked up with our bags via their shuttle as we didn't know the area. The room was probably the most spotless room I've ever stayed in. "Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern decor, and aesthetic. Nice bar. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my boyfriend and me. We were staying in Italy for a couple of days and luckily chose the perfect place. I didn't know how to work the lights at first, but one of the girls up front came up to my room and showed me, with no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service. Staff gave us complimentary drinks and ordered a taxi for us at 4 am for our early flight. Wish we could've stayed for breakfast, but I'm sure that's good too!"
