"The room was large and clean. It is an interesting set up that has benefits and downside. You don’t have any coffee machine or supplies in your room but there is a kitchen area where they had some supplies available but only at certain times of day. We had to buy instant coffee and our own milk and water just to make a coffee until we could go out. Breakfast we got to have 2 out of 4 times because you have to wait until 8 and we had excursions we had to leave earlier. Breakfast was good but if...

Die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. "We overall had a good stay but the check in could use better communicating and clear instructions on how to check in. It said the front desk was open until 9pm which is not true. We arrived before 7pm and had to call to get someone to tell us how to get in. There should be an email or WhatsApp message before arrival. Also we had to help another guest get their key one evening because they also needed help. The breakfast was good each morning, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable....

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Stanze del Principe. Giangi est ultra accueillant, de bon conseil pour nous guider dans la ville, pour les transports, etc L'hôtel est très bien situé : en termes de restaurant, de transports, et tout près du centre historique. Un espace commun est prévu , nous avons apprécié y boire notre thé chaque soir en rentrant ! A 20mn à pieds environ de la gare centrale, où prendre le Alibus pour l'aéroport"

"Overall the hotel was excellent and staff were great. Our first night we didn't have hot water, only warm, but the concierge fixed the issue with the boiler and we had hot water an hour later. We also had issues with the lights/TV turning off in our room constantly, as if the motion sensor didn't recognize we were there. It was a bit annoying. This has nothing to do with the hotel per se, but I would not stay directly on Corso Italia again. The strip is quite noisy at night and I recommend...
