Hotels near Perfect Ash

"Upon arriving at the hotel it was a surprise to find there was no self parking available, no parking garage. Valet parking was the only available on site parking. Very confusing at first so driving around in busy traffic and rainfall with a busy pull up to hotel. I did not see any information about the lack of a parking garage in the hotel information to create awareness. Once in the process valet assistance was great. Our check in was smooth but arriving in our room we found a room so small in the corner of the floor we were assigned to. Our biggest issue was the inability to change the room temperature. There was a thermostat control on the wall but it attempting to change the temperature was useless. We left for the evening and came back late so we did not feel we could call front desk for maintenance assistance. Some people may not mind sleeping with temperatures in the mid 70 degrees, but sleep was almost impossible for us who like to sleep cooler. Made for a miserable night. "

"We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We won’t be staying there for our next concert. Parking is 10.00 which is insane considering the room costs at a hotel that smelled musty and old with new paint."

"I stayed at this place during while attending the firts ever kpop concert in saint paul MN. The inside on the hotel is super clean, and looks incredible inside. The design of the inside was perfect for my vibes. LOTS AND LOTS of seating inside where you can do work or juat hangout. They have a nice size pool and hot tub. You cant beat the amenities they include. Like bruh. Free dinner meal theyboffer, 3 free alcoholic drinks from 5-7, and breakfast too!!! Cant beat that. I booked the multiple bed which was soooooo spacious. We had ppl with the tv in the "living room" and the bedroom had sliding door that closed. It blocked the sound so well. This hotel is on my list for future for more concerts and its only 10 minutes away from grand casino arena!"

"Just simple stuff, like is the room on the first, second or third floor, if a person has a quest and they have a difficultly with stairs that could be a deal breaker: “It should be posted” that the unit in question is on whatever floor…"

"Rude, unhelpful, unkind, unempathetic, unfriendly, lacking patience, rushing to get out of there for the night —front desk person. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, ever."

"The hotel was ok; the WiFi never worked, and the TV in the room would intermittently stop working. The elevator and room entry cards would randomly stop working, which was also very inconvenient. The room's climate control was also very hard to regulate. I have a travel clock that tracks temperature, and it was always 5-10 degrees warmer in the room than what I would set the thermostat on. "
