"Five Star experience at this Hotel- they offered free parking despite online saying guests would need to use a 18$ parking ramp and gave me 3 free drinks at the bar to use during happy hour. Very nice of them to do that."

"Upon arriving at the hotel it was a surprise to find there was no self parking available, no parking garage. Valet parking was the only available on site parking. Very confusing at first so driving around in busy traffic and rainfall with a busy pull up to hotel. I did not see any information about the lack of a parking garage in the hotel information to create awareness. Once in the process valet assistance was great. Our check in was smooth but arriving in our room we found a room so small in the corner of the floor we were assigned to. Our biggest issue was the inability to change the room temperature. There was a thermostat control on the wall but it attempting to change the temperature was useless. We left for the evening and came back late so we did not feel we could call front desk for maintenance assistance. Some people may not mind sleeping with temperatures in the mid 70 degrees, but sleep was almost impossible for us who like to sleep cooler. Made for a miserable night. "

"I was there on April 11th, Saturday. At night it was about 9:30–10:00 pm. My room was on the ground floor. I heard guests from us stairs running and it was loud my ceiling was shaking i couldn’t sleep. I called front desk, and explained to him. He said he would go check it out. Then i hear the noise again it was worse i got scared i thought people upstairs were mad that u complained. I then call the gentleman at the front desk again and told him i am from room 201.. he was like “ okkk how can i help you with absolutely cranky and annoyed mood”!!! and was asking him were people upstairs mad at me because the noise got worse. And I told him i couldn’t sleep because ir was loud. The hotel staff responded “there is no one running up there” I said: “i heard it i have video record” and would you come in here and listen to it”? Hotel staff; No..!! and then said what do you want me to do?? this is hotel people will run amd people will walk..!! i then asked him what if you do if you were me he said; i would put the fan on..!!!!!!!! so i wouldn’t hear the noise from upstairs!!! (i was in shocked..!! the way he responsed i was there alone and i am woman i didn’t feel safe overall) I m just a bit surprised IHG hires this staff. I truly believe and trust this brand IHG. But from that experience I dont knownwhat to expect anymore. "

"The hotel was ok; the WiFi never worked, and the TV in the room would intermittently stop working. The elevator and room entry cards would randomly stop working, which was also very inconvenient. The room's climate control was also very hard to regulate. I have a travel clock that tracks temperature, and it was always 5-10 degrees warmer in the room than what I would set the thermostat on. "
