"The lady who checked us in was rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be at work at all. But the check out lady was absolutely amazing! We expected a nice room considering the price of it and how the rest of the hotel was. But it was very much average. The blankets had lumps in them and was uncomfortable. Great concert hotel
"We were there for a concert at the Xcel Energy Center. This is a great location to walk to and from the concert. You can walk thru the skywalks too and never go outside. On check in, they gave us printed out directions for inside or outside walking. It was great!"
