"Family stayed here while they came in for my daughter’s graduation. Perfect location and close to the house, the interstate, and essentials such as a gas station, Walmart, Costco, and much more! Highly recommend!"

"Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand."

"Overall, our stay was nice. I think the price was a little high for the size room we had. Also would've been nice to have a small microwave, but we did have a mini fridge, which was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming."

"Upon checking in, we found the hotel undergoing a co.plete renovation. Most of the main lobby closed off and the bar moved to the restaurant. The elevators were also being renovated and taken out of service 1 or 2 at a time out of the 3. I would have expected Expedia to have some type of construction notice when booking. I always stay at the Southbank when in Jacksonville, but this had to be the most disappointing visit EVER!!! Call the hotel beforehand to confirm status of renovation to avoid...

"Room was clean, one of the queen beds sheets did have a stain along with one of the pillow cases. One pillow was well past it's life and probably was due to be replaced. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel had a great bistro with very friendly and helpful staff."

"During check in the reception Carla check us with ease and she was very friendly all the time I was there the staff are wonderful… We booked in at this hotel for 4 days for a graduation ceremony and my staying was peaceful.. Complementary breakfast was great. The lady philippine that works there was very friendly and kind… I recommend this hotel"

"A very tired and old hotel. They had builders working in the room next door while we were trying to sleep. Ok for a 1 night sleepover, but I doubt I’ll ever go back. The breakfast was not very good - cheap and nasty. The staff were nice."
