no complaints, the room was clean and everything was functional. the A/C was controlled by a digital thermostat on the wall instead of the normal limited control buttons on the unit, which was a nice feature. i chose it because it was low-priced, so don't expect anything fancy. there are active train tracks nearby and you can hear the trains which sound their horns as they go through the intersection. and it is on a major road, so you can hear traffic sounds.
