Candlewood Suites is a lovely hotel! The suites are quite spacious with abundant leg room. In the lobby, the pantry is well stocked with a good variety of snacks. Behind the front desk, the hotel attendant was friendly and courteous. For these reasons, I highly recommend this hotel.

Pool was small and closed at 5pm but it was good enough for the kids to swim around for a couple of hours. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice. Had a little hiccup at check in where one of my rooms were given to someone else which cause about a 30 minute delay in getting checked in but other than that, enjoyable stay, will return

New ownership took ocer and the remodeled rooms and hotel are beautifully done. Excellent service from beginning to end. The staff was also very friendly and helpfull. Porsha was amazong! Free laundry and coffee are amazing! The location for me was very convenient. There are also alpt.of food optioms near by if yoi choose not to cook beautiful effecint kitchen within your rooms. I loved it so much i made another reservation to extend my stay while I'm staying in Jacksonville.

Nice hotel and was a good location for us. I thought the queen suite had a couch but it didn’t. It did have a table with two chairs and a nice kitchen. The room was nice but didn’t smell fresh but we opened the window and did our Lysol spray and it was fine. Our bathroom needed cleaning and we told the staff and they were there fast and handled it. The bed was fine not too soft or hard. The coffee was fresh in the morning and staff was nice especially the young lady who checked us in. It’s no sidewalks outside of the hotel so you have to walk on the curb/gutter which wasn’t bad because the roads are wide.
