"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. The property was quaint and very ‘Paris’ and immaculate. My room was very small however- could barely move around in it. The in room coffee pot was really really old school and was just for heating water - and the coffee was instant coffee. Even so would definitely stay again. It is also in a great location - close to cafe’s and shops. One major drawback - no elevator!! Which is why I gave it a 4 star and not a 5. "

"Very nice stay. It’s quiet and easy access to transportation, supermarket, and a lot more shops. Close and walkable distance to Trocadéro and Eiffel Tower. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like is it didn’t have AC or fan since it’s summer. But has heater for winter time. Just had to open the windows to let fresh air in and cool down the room. It gets chilly at night so We just kept the window open so it’s cool inside our room throughout the night. But will still recommend "

"Concierge service was phenomenal. Personable, professional and very attentive. Location was excellent and amenities did not disappoint. However, breakfast was not to the standards that one would think this nice luxury boutique hotel would expect. Linen was not of the best quality unfortunately and these things do make a difference. "The hotel location was wonderful. Very close proximity to Metro stations and the Eiffel Tower among various Paris landmarks. The location of the hotel was safe and in a convenient area with mini outdoor cafés and a grocer nearby. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, very fluent in English. The morning breakfast was delicious and fresh; a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Paris."
