"We love how they set up their place. It's cozy and unique. The place is close to everything, very convenient for the traveler. The receptionist (Chris) was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us tips on how to navigate the city. We love our stay in this hotel."

"If you want to be assalted, this is the place."

"Room was dirty, doors, walls, Bathroom tap, shower and sink basin leaking Big gap under room door There is a bar next to the mad rooms and we had the room next door to the kitchen and the walls are extremely thin so we heard every plate banging and every move made in the kitchen. Left our room after not even being there one night, messaged property to which have refused any kind of refund. Have photo evidence of the dirty walls and doors. "

"Room was very clean with all basic items you would expect. Nice to have excellent cleaning service every day unlike some US chains. Staff were friendly and even tried to help us get tickets to a soccer game. Location is right in middle of everything (transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc). Easy walk to palace and other museums. Would strongly recommend. "
