I never seen or experienced that before anywhere. I told the front desk and they moved me to another room, next door. No issues since. Die Ausstattung der Küche war unzureichend – es gab lediglich einen Kochtopf, keine Pfanne und auch nicht genügend Besteck für vier Personen. Zudem fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch komplett. Das angekündigte Housekeeping alle vier Tage hat leider nicht zuverlässig stattgefunden. Wir mussten wiederholt an der Rezeption nachfragen, damit überhaupt gereinigt wurde. "I was taken aback when the continental breakfast was a $10 charge. I wasn't expecting that. The free coffee had no flavors or flavored cream--A real standard nowadays. The breakfast time which I usually enjoy was empty of people (probably because of the charge) and loud. The tv was playing music very loudly. I enjoy a little music or the news in the morning while I read and drink my coffee. The rooms were great and the facility was beautiful. "

"A bit dirty. Floor wasn’t clean. Bed sheets had hair, and pillow cases some dark stains. Blood stains on the shower. It’s a nice hotel, nice location, I wish they did a better job with cleaning. And it would be nice if the breakfast was included."

"That was one of the nastiest places EVER. It didn't look anything like the website. I booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night. Thought it was the new studio rooms but it was actually where people live and school bus drop off children. Booked 2 doubles. It took 3 times to get the key to be set to open the door.the tv had been stolen and there was no curtains. The tubs are very dirty and the white surface had been scrubbed off. He then put us in room with a king bed....not much better....

"This was a new hotel. Pretty sure no one had stayed in our room before. Hotel is super clean! It was quiet except we could hear people walking on the floor above us. The hotel is close to a lot of good places to eat too. Would stay here again. "
