I personally addressed your complaints to the concerned staff and examined this case. As far as I learned, our reception changed your room per your request. Please note that this is the maximum that could be done by our reception team in such case as our hotel is in old historical building with its typical Parisian rooms. As for the smell, please consider that every room is ventilated and maintained with respective non-allergic product on everyday basis. However we will take measures to eliminate such negative exceptions also. We are always ready to do our best to ensure that everything is in order for our guests. I understand that you may found our rooms and elevetor tight and not spacious but please note that as our hotel is situated in a historic building, our rooms represent old Parisian chambers with its typical architectural style. But please consider that we have bigger rooms as well in the higher categories for a little supplementary payment. I assure you that the pictureson the website represent our rooms, just the general gallery show all types of rooms, so the pictures of the superior or junior suite rooms will definitely not match to double room interior.
