Great stay! Everything was super convenient, lots of places to eat nearby and quite a few metro stops on different lines. Great vibes walking around the neighbourhood at night. Front desk staff were beyond friendly and super helpful with everything!

A small hotel as expected in Paris, our rooms were tastefully decorated and the bathroom in ours was very recently renovated and beautiful. We struggled with our stroller and luggage as the elevator was quite small but we managed. Breakfast left some desire and would recommend going to one of the restaurants in the area instead. Breakfast attendant acted put out by the fact that we were there and there wasn’t much for options. Overall a great stay but again would just not include breakfast at 12E pp.

Great location , right beside metro and lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. 2adults 2 kids. Room was small and clean but excellent value for location. A very good 3 star hotel

This was a simple but very comfortable hotel. The rooms are a little small and doesn't have air conditioning, but the time of year was perfect to just open the windows. The neighborhood is very nice, not super touristy and has a lot of great restaurants and is easily accessible to everything via the metro or train. Good stay, would recommend.

Impossible sleeping conditions.
We were kept up all night by an extremely loud sound from the air con (both when on and off) that came every 1,5minutes. The reception manager came up and apologised, but said there was nothing to be done, however promised to discuss a compensation with his manager. We recorded the sound, and it lasted throughout the night. Next morning, the new person in reception said that it was not possible to compensate us as we had already paid... I let her know that this was ridiculous, and she then promised the manager would get in touch with me later that day. He never did.

Stayed 9 nights. Plusses *Location, very close to the main attractions. *Subway stop right in front, train station 1 block away. *Rooms were clean. *Many nice restaurants in the area. *Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, with not much space and not a lot of "extras". Would stay again.

It was right across the Gare de Montparnesse. We had an early morning train so it was very convenient for us to stay in this hotel. The room is small but clean and convenient. You can find everything you need in the room even there was a small fridge, which is really rare in Paris hotels, for putting some soda and water

Really cool hotel on a busy Montparnasse street. Loved the old school vibe of the room, which was bigger than other rooms in the area at this price. Service at the front desk is excellent -- I needed help with parking and an extra key and they took care of everything. Def recommend this hotel, an excellent value for the price.

Booked this property due to the proximity to the train station. It was an easy walk to the station and the hotel surprised me for its coziness, nice room and friendly staff. The staff was very accommodating and helpful!

We went to the Waldorf hotel, nearby, as the Arcadie Hotel was closed. We would have liked to be notified befoehand but the hotel we went to was lovely.

We were switched from this hotel to nearby Waldorf Montparnasse which was fine. But the experience was a disaster. I was not offered a room upgrade, the vip amenity was “one non alcoholic drink”, the wifi was not working and I couldn’t even leave my cabin bag for a few hours after check out. Now all of this, I can barely accept but the big issue came with the noise. It’s impossible to sleep at this hotel, you hear everything outside from the corridors door opening and closing to just everything. I could not sleep until 2am and I woke up at 6am because of the noise. A disaster to avoid. I still blame expedia for having this listed as “VIP”.

Really sorry that the superior room and your welcome drink did not satisfy you. The Arcadie hotel does not have a liquor license and only serves soft drinks. It is true that we had a very young weekend clientele who had decided to celebrate the deconfinement ... this is regrettable ... So sorry, if I can do something, don't hesitate to contact me, thank you to write that he hotel Waldorf is fine.

Photos are deceiving
while the location being close to the rail/metro station was great, what I expected of the hotel to look like was far from what the photos showed. the room was SO small that the door to get into the room was practically hitting the bed. The 1950's blowdryer looked like the Ghostbusters back gear. There were condoms in the side table drawer, while very hilarious, also made me wonder how thorough they are with cleaning the rooms. Bathroom was very tiny, my elbow would hit the toilet dispenser every time. I don't know how anyone would be able to fit if they were on the fuller side of life.
