"This is a fantastic place to stay in Florence - it is very quiet and overlooks the river. A short walk and you are in the middle of everything that Florence has to offer. Nothing is too much trouble for the Hosts and the bedding and general decor is very tastefully done. I loved the roof terrace! I will definitely return when I next visit Florence - for work or leisure!"

"Staff from front desk to gentleman who prepared the breakfast to the maids were all very friendly, nice and helpful. "

"We loved this property! Niccolo was so welcoming and helpful. He was easy to contact via WhatsApp and quick to respond to questions. The most comfortable beds in all that we stayed in. AC worked very well. Relatively central location. Easy to walk everywhere. Niccolo Also gave great advice and directions to take public transit. Property was very clean and well kept. Niccolo also makes a fantastic cappuccino in the morning. "

"This property was the most unique and historic that I have ever experienced. It is set atop the hills over looking Florence, with other castles seen in the distance. It was beautiful and picturesque from every angle. The house has a significant ~600yr old history amongst well known families in Florence, with the current owner living in a house on the property. "The room and the amenities were perfect! And the staff is nice. Two small inconveniences: - when I arrived and they gave me the key card, it didn't work, and I had to go back and forth 4 times, then it turned out that the room that they gave me is already taken. So they gave me another key. - the check out at 10 is quite early :("

"We just checked out this morning. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Excellent service from staff and top notch facilities. The junior suite was perfect for a family of three. The daily breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and special order options and the breakfast dining areas were both inside and outside. We would definitely repeat our stay and recommend this hotel. "
