"Lovely hotel tucked away from the hustle of Florence in Oltarno. Great location, away from tourist hot spot & 10 min walk to Ponte Vechio bridge. Hotel was a stunning tradional building, with an exceptional room. Lovely, helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying when visiting Florence."

"Started off in a room with a tiny shower, smaller than a cruise shower. Spoke to the staff and upgrade to a different room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and always happy to great you. The breakfast was a little expensive. I ordered the French toast that came with ham and cheese. What came out was a grilled cheese sandwich, lol??"

"Our stay of 8 days was incredibly nice. Ended up going with a smaller room and did just fine, would recommend a larger room if you tend to bring more than a medium amount of luggage. Everything is clean, comfortable and very organized. A few things definitely stood out to both my wife and I. We ate the breakfast offered each morning, high quality and VERY healthy. We take our dietary nutrition very seriously and was able to stay on a track eating here. One of our favorite things was interacting...

"This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, as someone who travels solo often sometimes you are just looking for some peace and not having to do everything on your own. I am in awe of the property. If you are looking for privacy, story book views, and gardens this is the place to be. The staff is also incredibly kind and always looking to help in any way they can. A must stay, I will be back with family/friends next time. "

"Beautiful hotel on a lovely piazza and facing the Arno. Quiet outside of the busiest tourist area . But still walkable to all that you would want to see in Florence. Great roof top bar and restaurant. Service very useful and friendly."
