"Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!"

The hotel is tucked away in a residential area which I loved, near the Bull Ring, and a 10 minute walk to the beach The room and whole place was spotless and lots of little details like decent shower gel, coffee pods and even slippers! Everyone on reception was lovely, I was early so sat by pool and got a msg when room was ready. "We were only there for three nights but wanted somewhere on the outskirts of Alicante. The tram is only a couple of minutes walk from the property so handy for visiting Alicante or the beach at Costa Blanca. Only a few eateries/bars close by but we went into Alicante each night to eat so it did not really affects us. The accommodation is on a busy junction but you cannot hear this in the room. A simple breakfast was left each day which was unexpected but appreciated "

"Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. "We stayed only for 1 night, for 24 hour exploring Alicante. We arrived early - but the lady at the lobby desk went out of her way to get us a room early. This allowed us put cases safely stored and ready for when WE wanted to change for activities later in the day. The hotel was a revelation. Great fun with their themed room decor. Memorable and smiles all round. The quirky swim pool was fun. Time for relaxing on the roof. "
