"The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. "Great accommodation in a perfect location for the city. Lovely breakfast next door at Madness cafe. The hotel had very accommodating staff. Early check in of luggage offered and storage on checkout. Room had windows that cancelled noise on the street. Only complaint toilet seat in room 4 not great "
