"Our apartment was wonderful and the staff were great. We speak only a little Spanish, so having the desk staff being able to communicate with us in English was helpful. The entry for our first floor room was in the alley, but I think almost all the other rooms were from the inside of the building. "

"The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is embarrassing; they don’t provide tongs for guests to pick up bread or other foods, so I had to use the tongs meant for...

"Great accommodation in a perfect location for the city. Lovely breakfast next door at Madness cafe. The hotel had very accommodating staff. Early check in of luggage offered and storage on checkout. Room had windows that cancelled noise on the street. Only complaint toilet seat in room 4 not great "
