Very clean on arrival, spruced up a couple of times during stay. Staff were good, very approachable and chatty. Kitchen was good for a basic stay with enough plates, glasses etc. Fridge big enough for fruit, milk, beer WiFi was fine for scrolling the net.

Abdel was very helpful and was able to facilitate easy check in. Fantastic base for holiday. Situated in old town with many great restaurants nearby. The prime location allowed us easy access to all the main sites, beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are great. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is of superior quality and has everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. This property was very well located right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the old town. Central to plenty of bars and quality restaurants. There was a reception which was manned throughout the day and the very pleasant gentlemen would help and advise in any way you requested. We will definitely return to Arenal Suites.

I loved this apartment so much that I have already booked up to stay again next year. It was so clean, well equipped and spacious. The bathroom was big with a fab shower and a big bonus of lovely Rituals toiletries. The couch in living room was comfy and fab to have a washing machine too. Comfy bed, very dark in room with the curtains and shutters closed. I thoroughly recommend Arenal Suites and felt so comfy and at home there. Great ice cream shops and restaurants next door and all around so you are spoiled for choice. There was everything you could possibly need for a stay. Five minutes from beach and marina and the tram station very close by too. The trade off, however was that it was noisy at weekends so bring earplugs if you are a rubbish sleeper like me haha. It didn’t put me off though as so many advantages as opposed to that tiny disadvantage. I cannot praise Abdel on reception highly enough. Such a lovely young man who was genuinely friendly and helpful. I loved chatting to him so much and he was my instant friend straight away for giving me extra tea bags.
