"We used a handicap room. It had a really spacious bathroom with plenty of handicap bars in place. The king size bed was very comfortable. Just a really nice room. The staff were very friendly- check-in was easy. The front desk clerk went the extra mile to make sure our accommodations were going to work for my husband who uses a wheelchair."

"The staff was very stoic like she didn’t really like checking me in. I don’t know if she was tired or came from a funeral . I am used to see smiles when I check in.I travel a lot so it is usually the norm. I mentioned that they should list on Expedia -the dog charge $ ..not just allowance and she did not even acknowledge the question."

"Breakfast was mediocre. Elevators very busy. Only 2 elevators. So much time wasted waiting to get up and down!!! The bathrooms could be cleaner, the beds are comfortable but not the pillows. I would not choose this hotel again. The employees were great! The location was great."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed there due to attending a concert in Lubbock - 30 miles was nothing compared to all the traffic in Lubbock. The room was clean and updated. Perfect amenities - breakfast was awesome! Great for traveling families. Another thing - it was great that breakfast was from 7 to 10 instead of ending at 9 - maybe because it was the weekend, but that was so nice not having to be up so early. "The stay was fine overall. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection of items. The coffee was fantastic! Would stay again…. Very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon. The town of Canyon has good restaurants and is charming. This property is older and could do with some maintenance upgrades."
