"Noise level was loud due to interstate, breakfast consisted of muffins and coffee. Was charged double rates due to graduation, disappointment, family should be able to enjoy their child graduating not worry about if they can afford the stay to see their accomplishments."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed there due to attending a concert in Lubbock - 30 miles was nothing compared to all the traffic in Lubbock. The room was clean and updated. Perfect amenities - breakfast was awesome! Great for traveling families. Another thing - it was great that breakfast was from 7 to 10 instead of ending at 9 - maybe because it was the weekend, but that was so nice not having to be up so early. "The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The pillows were TERRIBLE. They all went COMPLETELY FLAT when laying on them. Also, the rooms are tiny. There was no closet, just a rod to hang a couple of items. The hose for the toilet was rusted and gross. I'm pretty particular when it comes to hotels - not snobby, just particular - and I chose this one based on reviews. I was very disappointed.
