"Excellent location on the Grand Via. My only recommendation, in my opinion, would be is to skip the upgraded hot tub room. The tub had a strong musty odor and was barely warm. I did bring it to the attention of the staff, who were most helpful, and was told a technician would look at it while we were out for the day. "Helpful staff nearly always available. Very clean and beds made for us each day. On one early morning the lock jammed shut n the only toilets/shower available, with no one inside, and it took time for us to realise that no one was inside; so the facilities were out of use for an hour. However once the reception was staffed the staff sorted out the problem very quickly. Overall this was a very good place to stay, exceptionally convenient, and I would strongly recommend it."
