"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. "This is a perfect stay for those who need to be near to the airport. The free shuttle to/from the airport is very convenient, runs regularly and takes just a few minutes. The property is configured around travellers with 24 h check-in and restaurant with the breakfast menu starting as early as 03:00 for those on very early departures. All the staff are very attentive, rooms are quiet, comfortable, well furnished and with lots of space. The hotel features a beautiful and nicely maintained courtyard/garden in the Thai style. Highly recommended and goes well beyond the regular airport hotel! We keep coming back to this place."
