"Arco might not look like much from the outside but, once you are inside the rooms are very spacious and well decorated. The rooms have fridges, stoves, microwaves, fast internet, hot water, ac and comfortable beds. The hosts were very friendly and helpful as well. The experience was great overall and would definitely return. Muchas gracias!"

First off, the hotel's name is Hotel Suites House, not Apartamentos Juanambu, so I was afraid I was in the wrong place, except the address and phone number were correct. It would be much less confusing if the correct name was listed on hotels.com. Secondly, they never recorded my reservation--they were not expecting me. Initially, they said they didn't have a room for me. (Great, I thought. I'm in a foreign country where I speak the language poorly...
