"There was a hiccup with my reservation through Expedia as most of their customers book through another site. Once that was resolved, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient but you’re right downtown so noise from traffic was annoying. Add to that, there’s a bus terminal right down stairs so there’s always traffic, both pedestrian and vehicular. I would stay there again."

"Pool was and and everything was very clean and good food too. Everything has been improved from 3 years ago. Nice friendly staff. Two negatives, outdoor hot tub was colder than the pool, but pool was perfect. Outdoor bar, restaurant or no where could you charge anything to your room. Hard to to have cash when your at a swim up bar."

"This is truly a unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and ambiance plus the owner and staff were incredible friendly and knowledgeable. When I come back to Panama I will definitely stay here again!! Loved this hotel!!!"
