An Extraordinary Escape — Even More Magical Than We Imagined! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After staying at Hotel La Compañía in Casco Viejo, I genuinely didn't believe the experience could possibly get any better. Well, I was wrong. La Compañía del Valle took everything to an entirely new level! We arrived in El Valle de Antón after experiencing the frightening earthquake in Panama City. Unaccustomed to earthquakes, we were understandably shaken and desperately needed somewhere to unwind, feel comfortable, and regain our peace of mind. What we discovered was nothing short of extraordinary. There is something almost indescribable about this property. The beauty, the tranquility, the atmosphere, the energy… everything comes together to create a truly magical experience. It is a sanctuary of relaxation, elegance, and absolute pampering. The staff were exceptional, making us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. Somehow, they transformed what had been a frightening experience into one of our most beautiful and memorable escapes. Words and photographs simply cannot capture the essence of this place. You have to experience it to understand it. We left feeling so relaxed, reassured, and rejuvenated that we wanted it to continue so we had to return to La compañía in Casco Viejo! La Compañía has mastered something truly special: not just luxury hospitality, but the art of making people feel wonderful. Absolutely unforgettable! ❤️

Beautiful hotel with peaceful grounds filled with interesting statues and art pieces! The room was simple and comfortable. There was a regular pool and a warm one that was perfect for el valle’s cooler weather. Kids loved it. I loved that they also provide sunblock. The spa is really quite special! I only used the wet areas and it was so relaxing. They can certainly improve on the service. Everyone was nice but service was quite slow. The food we ordered both at the pool and restaurant lobby took a long time. When it finally arrived, we were missing utensils and napkins. We even had to request for water. Overall, a great place with room to improve.

The property was immaculate, and had three restaurants to choose from on site. Great art pieces throughout the property made it feel lively and added to the luxury aesthetic. The views around the property and the surrounding area was amazing

Beautiful hotel, disappointing service The property is lovely, but the service fell short. A minor $10 room-service payment issue was handled badly, when they insisted on immediate payment despite the problem being caused by staff not bringing a card machine. More disappointing was the very slow response afterwards and lack of an apology. The General Manager eventually apologised on email after chasing but by then most of my stay was over. At this price point, I expected much better guest service and experience.

Wat een prachtig heerlijk hotel. Hier word je echt blij van. Alles ziet er prachtig en verzorgd uit. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was iedere dag een feestje. Een absolute aanrader. Wij verbleven hier als gezin 3 dagen op doorreis en hebben genoten. Het zwembad, de happy hour de pickelbalbaan, de restaurants, de prachtige tuin, de mooie en leuke kunst en natuurlijk de indrukwekkende omgeving. Een dikke 10!

Absolutely spectacular place, can't wait to go back. The only 2 minor issues were the spa pool was closed and since we were there during the week they were cutting the grass all morning at the outdoor pool. But we understand this stuff needs to be done. It just would have made everything better. Otherwise, can't speak highly enough of the facilities, the staff, everything.

Fantastic hotel in the Valle. Really liked everything about it, restaurants were excellent and reasonably priced for the top notch food quality. If I had to make one suggestion I think it should be clearer in the marketing that the spa area carries a $100 pass fee per person for 3 hours. A lot of the pictures are from the spa and I'd assumed I could exercise and use the sauna, but that's not so here... I would not let that take away from a great stay though

Overrated hotel; definitely not 5 star material. Perhaps the best in El Valle, but not what you would expect. Lush deco, but tasteless Everything is made using cheap luxury, so the rooms are already starting to look tired. Restaurants are OK, but nothing to brag about. Staff are locals, so you get a local guest experience. They care more about chatting together or using their phones than serving you. When it is time to tip, they purposely (or are careless enough to) mistake a "$" sign for an "8" and inflate your bill by $80. Not only do they automatically add a service charge, but they also push for tips. We did not notice that, so we added a tip. We noticed this upon checking out. Then, they were so slow resolving the issue that we noticed their $80 price inflation. The hotel reimbursed us. Had we not noticed it and complained later, it would have been a lost cause. We expected so much and were very disappointed Overall, I would not go back.
